    Adventurers, dreamers, and explorers!  This class is designed to bring balance and harmony to the system in order to further propel your aspirations.  Luxuriate in the art of relaxation and expanded consciousness with this class which is designed to help you release from body and mind, tapping into your inner wisdom.  You can expect gentle movement, therapeutic and restorative postures, and guided meditation with a chakra-blanacing soundscape to help you fully let go.

  • Lymphatic and Abdominal Massage

    It’s time to treat your body to some TLC. Optimize your lymphatic flow and digestion with this guided self-massage class. Enjoy a restorative soundscape to help you deepen into the process of clearing, integrating and rejuvenating. Suggested oils: castor oil for detoxification. sesame oil for heating/constipation, coconut oil for cooling/loose stools.

  • Somatic Release Dance

    Moving through the core emotional states, this class offers a safe, trauma-informed container to allow your tissues to embody emotional states in a way that allows for physical and energetic release. Emotions are energy in motion, unless they are suppressed. The class will move throgh a wave, ending with an integration circle to allow participants to share their experience and connect with one another, normalizing the gift of feeling deeply, especially in community.

  • Guided Imagery & Sound To Enhance Rehabilitation Outcomes

    This class delves into the science as well as experiential realm, allowing participants to understand the effects in their own body, as well as how best to implement these complimentary modalities to enhance outcomes in clinical settings. This class also emphasizes how to use these modalities for self-care to avoid compassion fatigue.

  • Intuitive Eating and Functional Nutrition

    The gut is the core of health outcomes, and this class goes into the brain-gut connection, providing participants with practical tips to help listen to the body’s widsom and honor the needs while still maintaining healthy digestion and balance in the system. This class is especially designed for folks who have disordered eating tendencies and do not want to count or be held to rigid guideleines, but do want to flourish in their own skin.
