Vibroacoustic Sound Healing
The vibroacoustic sound healing table is a cutting edge technology that works through brain wave entrainment, cymatics and intention to help your body, mind and spirit come into full alignment. This method of healing, which has been described as a musical adventure, works in three scientifically rooted ways:
Brain Wave Entrainment: The frequencies emitted from the table bring the nervous system and essential organs into a state of deep rest and harmony, allowing the body to activate its innate healing energy. A lot can happen in just one session of the body reaching such a state of relaxation, and with multiple sessions on the table, you will train your nervous system to rest and restore more ease-fully. Cymatics: This is the study of sound or vibration made visible, for example, how water molecules structure themself in the presence of certain sound. There are multiple forms of universal geometry that emerge when specific frequencies are played, and the human body can be brought into optimal healing frequency as well. Before your session we will go through your medical history and any requests or concerns you may have so your session can suit your individual needs.
Intention: Intention setting and mindset are repeatedly shown to be more effective than a placebo. Having the intention to heal, grow, and overcome is an important part of any healing practice, including the vibroacoustic sound table.
