In Ayurveda, it is traditional to cleanse the body with the turn of the season. This is an excellent way to keep your health tip-top, or to jump-start your healing journey. If you’ve been stuck for awhile despite your best intentions and will, this may be what’s missing.

Choose between 1-3 week cleanse, depending on your time and physiological needs. This includes the digestive health video library, a functional nutrition and gut health assessment, and a cleanse individualized to your needs. You will receive instructions as well as materials for your kitchari cleanse.

I’m always happy to answer questions, but here are some I hear most often.

After spending 15 years in the medical field, I saw the effects of too many appointments spread out over providers who are not communicating- esentially people’s health taking a toll because there was no “big picture” view to be seen. The programs I have put together are the exact combinations of what I have used to heal myself and support hundreds of other people with in their healing from complex conditions both physically and mentally. I find this to be the most efficient, effective, and integrous way of working with folks.

This method of healing works through cymatics (the way sound impacts water), brain wave entrainment, and intention. This frequency specific modality pairs great with neuromuscular re-education, somatic release, and is also an awesome stand-alone treatment to rejuvate the tissues, spirit, and open to new ways of thinking.

Most people thrive with a 6 month program, which allows them to make meaningful changes with support and resources along the way. If you just need a kickstart, 3 months could be great, and if you are really serious about changing your life for the long-term, a year investment of expert-level coaching and individualized lifestyle programs is definitely the way to go.

All sessions are unique, however follow up sessions tend to incorporate movement, postural training and core strengthening through breathing practices, review of goals and lifestyle practices, and a combination of body and energy work (Reiki, Craniosacral, Somatic Emotional Release, Vibroacoustic Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Cupping).
