What you’ll learn during this course

This course bridges Eastern and Western philosophies on health to help you shed outdated layers such as:

  • Looping thoughts

  • Brain fog

  • Gut inflammation

  • Sleep problems

  • Scarcity mindset

  • Body pain

  • Flimsy boundaries

  • Unhealthy relationship with food/ substances

  • Learn the basics of ayurveda, the sister science and health philosophy of yoga. Included will be how to discover your primary dosha, and how to use this framework to bring more balance into your nutrition, routines, and activity.

  • See how the physical and energetic bodies intersect. Learn the anatomy, emotional and mental patterns, and balancing practices for the chakras. Also discover where your most frustrating health issues originate energetically, so you are able to address this from a multi-dimensional and holistic place.

  • Practice body scanning, muscle activation, and intention setting throughout this class to guide you towards what you desire to manifest the most in your life.

  • According to many eastern health practices, the digestive system is the core of our health. This system is characterized by its very own nervous system- the enteric nervous system- and gives rise to the “gut feeling.” This class will lead you through the basics of digestion, supplements and practices to ease digestion, and a DIY massage to support your digestive health and connect to your intuition.

  • This class will help you bolster your innate ability to restore and defend against harmful substances. By learning this technique you will deepen your connection with your body, allow yourself to shed unnecessary fluid and toxins, and allow your skin to glow.

  • This week is about integrating what has been learned, and bringing questions that can help support the whole group. We will begin and end with grounding and energizing breath techniques and embodiment practices.
